Question for STi owners.

Hows the insurance rates on the STi? Are they consider sedans? or sports car? Can you guys tell me your payments for 6 months? Thinking about getting one.

It is not much more than what I was paying for my 01RS. Not sure what it is by itself but I pay $150.00 a month (which just went up) for my STI,93 VW Golf, and renters insurance. STI being full coverage and the minium on the VW. Hope this info helps.

$535/ 6 months for the STi through GEICO...I'm 28 with 1 speeding ticket in the last 3 years...

4 speeding tickets(in one year) all justified(no reckless driving) GEICO=$5000.00 a year(i was 27 at the time) i called progressive that day and got a quote for 1400/year... and this is with just a wrx mind you

i gotta 02 wrx... 1 wrong-way ticket from almost 3 yrs ago... and my insurance is/was $830 for 6 months.... the next payment due this month is now gonna be $934 for the next 6 months. Can they jus raise it without having a ticket?
