question about IC

question about IC
ok black rubber peice that surrounds IC located under hood scoop... If that was removed would that cause a problem for cool air to enter IC... Another question is how does the splitter work? Just wondering.

Hmmm this question sounds like a tech Q bud so you should please post this in the Tech forums. but my opinion on that rubber that isolates the air the intercooler is pretty important. to me that is. A splitter just directs the flow of air coming from the hood scoop over the intercooler evenly. But remember Q's about your car go to the tech forums, not in the regional forums M-kay.

i think its too late man, i think he left to the field already. Man now im not gonna be able to see you go into the twelves cause im leaving maybe this Sat to the big island
