Car Info: 01 Impreza RSTi, 08 Evo MR, and 13 XV
CEl stands for check engine light...when this comes on your car is trying to tell you something is possibly wrong. the way you find out for sure is to use a code grabber, connect it to your car and read the code. from there you take the code and cross reference it to the manual/online forum or any where else you can get the code read/translated and this will tell you why the cel is coming on. hope this helps
