been there. their dogs are so expensive and i heard that some come from puppy mills in australia so theyre often kinda sickly.

 

The pet store over by Kahala has a "swap meet" every so often and a lot of breeders bring their puppies for sale.

BTW. Labrador Retrievers are the best

 

be careful when purchasing from Pet's Central!
look for reputable breeders, humane society (lotsa dogs that need tlc), or www.hawaiidogfoundation.com !!

 

i actually do know a breeder but she only has puppies with papers. and ex of mine got one for me for xmas from the breeder. but he felt he deserved parental visitation rights when we broke up. he was crazy and i didnt trust him with the dog.

^^ hey have you tried looking at ilio or whatever it is. its like the dog mag for hawaii. they have a list of breeders of all kinda of breeds. and you could also try contacting the local breed club.

since everyone is putting up their puppy requests, we're looking for a purebred pomeranian...we've been looking for a while, and everything is either not pure or way too expensive...some breeders are asking 1500, which is pretty ridiculous, since we bought ours (with a champion pedigree) for 800...

it's hard to find purebred poms but keep looking in the advertiser. i think the cheapest you can get is 600, but most likely the dog is old. 800 is actually a good price for a champion line.

btw justin (v2) there is a mini pincher going for 150 and the name is "bruno". i think it's a steal. look in the papers.
