Those spring rates are what I think I'll get later on for my Zero 2 R's. Just make sure you have good valving/ dampening so your ride will not be ****ty. That is what I have been told. My Zero 2 R's are stiffer than most coil-overs, but the ride is comfortable even on 4.

It's unbelievable...

My car's suspension doesn't even budge when I jump or shake the car. It's just the sidewalls of my tires flexing. I really think something is wrong with my suspension or my spring rates really high. (plus, i think the front two are blown and need a rebuild soon). So Kiernna, you say valving is the main part of the suspension?

From what the guys who know have told me is that the valving not the spring rates make the ride quality. That is why my Cusco's have better ride qualitly than Tein's even if the tein's have softer springs. Oh and that is normal for coil-overs to be that stiff. Remember they support +/- 600 LBS per spring/dampner so if you at say 200 LBS, just a guess could move them they would be ****ty. Stock sti suspension has no flex from someone pushing on the car.

HMMmMmMm>...

Ok ok.. I need to get rides from everyone around.. I think my suspension is just screwed. A couple of my friends have flex's and their rides feels like a stock rsx, if not more smooth. One of my buddie's have HKS on his 04 wrx and his ride is really smooth too.. I am getting really lost here. (calling ds baruuuuuu!!!!one!!!) I need your input.. or else i'm gonna have to resort to calling you.

Here is some good info if you want a nice ride, and some good strong springs.
