Those spring rates are what I think I'll get later on for my Zero 2 R's. Just make sure you have good valving/ dampening so your ride will not be ****ty. That is what I have been told. My Zero 2 R's are stiffer than most coil-overs, but the ride is comfortable even on 4.

It's unbelievable...
My car's suspension doesn't even budge when I jump or shake the car. It's just the sidewalls of my tires flexing. I really think something is wrong with my suspension or my spring rates really high. (plus, i think the front two are blown and need a rebuild soon). So Kiernna, you say valving is the main part of the suspension?

HMMmMmMm>...
Ok ok.. I need to get rides from everyone around.. I think my suspension is just screwed. A couple of my friends have flex's and their rides feels like a stock rsx, if not more smooth. One of my buddie's have HKS on his 04 wrx and his ride is really smooth too.. I am getting really lost here. (calling ds baruuuuuu!!!!one!!!) I need your input.. or else i'm gonna have to resort to calling you.
the coilovers i have are 8/6 they are stiff but not kidney failure stiff
my car is the same way it wont move with pushing on it... alot of the ride has to do with tires when i was running 215/45/17 tire the car felt good not to bouncy not too stiff now that i changed back to re92's the car just sucks its bouncy now damn fricken tires lke i said ill give anyone a ride in my car just come by :P

Here is some good info if you want a nice ride, and some good strong springs.
