yeah.....especially since if you go a few rows down....think its free hahahah. think its only that one little row/corner area thats the "state designated lot". but yeah, makes no sense to pay, even if its only $20. idk, secretary told me that you never know when kmart will stop letting people park there (scare tactic i think heheh), and that if i had parking in that lot, at least id have a guaranteed parking everyday instead of worrying where to park.

the city building! lucky! damn, its free to park in the lot--lucky. they charge us $20/month to park in either lot lol. that lot by kmart was actually for the judiciary but they didnt want to park there (they said too far), so i think they gave up the stalls to people working in the state building......or thats what the secretary told me.
hey ross. think thats a chicks car? thats what my coworker said, female driven. anyway, ive seen that car parked in the downstairs lot off and on for months. isnt that the one with the bandaid sticker on the rear bumper? theres also a red sti hatch that parks by the kmart garden side occationally. also female driven.

Saw a black Legacy wagon that came into Sears Auto Alaz on Wed. It looked like he need to replace or fix his right rear tire.

Saw some Beautiful Heavily Modded Blue subies on alamoana blvd yesterday. Srry still not good on ID'ing the years but one looked 08+ Blue STi and the other either an 02-03 STI with 04-05 swap or just an 05 with 02-03 tails. Also blue.
