On 8/17/10 at about 11:20pm I had a bad encounter with another Subaru. As I was heading west on the freeway I took the Kunia exit and as I was coming to the sharp right turn to come up Kunia Road, I saw a car coming really fast from behind me and it started tailgating me. I then noticed that it was a Subaru STI 08-09 White in color. I didn't get a really good look at all the other details but I did hear a blow-off as he reved while cutting me off while we were heading right at the first traffic light by Denny's. This incident really pissed me off because I always had the impression that Subaru drivers are all respectful. To the guy in the STI, if you're going to drive like a jerk then trade your Subaru for another car, you're making our community look bad.

If so trade your car for a camry, let the people that want to go fast drive the turbo cars.
It would probably **** me off if the person in front of me was driving slow as ****.
Unless he was out of control, try to look at it from his piont of view.
I know a lot of us have better things to do than wait for people to creep away after the light changes (taking 11 minutes to get up to the speed limit, waiting 6 seconds after the light changes to move) or corner at a 1/5 reasonable speed. Dont even get me started on the people that brake to change lanes or stop to get on the freeway.
Us jerks have to share the road with you slow drivers too. No offense, but it works both ways.

ok agreed, but if you are a suby being cut off by another suby...that just shows immaturity, yes i like to drive fast and ill admit i get frustrated when i am stuck behind someone slow...but that wont warrant me cutting them off especially another suby, thats just reckless and you dont know how they might react to the cut off, they could swerve and hit another car..you just dont know.
1. Break check. If he ran into my **** then it would have been his fault and I would like to see him prove other wise. Of course this would not have been done in my Suby but probably in my Scion or any car I had a no serious investment in.
2. Down shifted and ate his lunch. Thats right you street racing hatin fans I would have down shifted and floored it and showed him who is boss. But then again it wouldn't have been racing because in my eyes I am avoiding an accident when a car is coming in hot behind me. I say Either move away or get ahead that they can't hit you. I choose the latter of the two. Oh and finally I would have waved bye bye or given the customary shaka if it happened in Hawaii.
Customary one finger shaka... j/k
Yes because some people in Hawaii drive like a-holes hate people that drive like a-holes and give you a faka wat look when you honk at them.
