I live in Waikele and used to work at a restaurant in Hawaii Kai. But I'm a moron, so that explains alot of things.

 

What restaurant was that? The pay must've been good to lure you this far out!

 

Hahaha....pay was good? Not exactly. I was the Sous Chef at Portlock Restaurant, work a crap load of hours, and got paid chump change. It's all good, it builds character right?

 

I thought Sous chefs made good money? So you have a degree in culinary arts or something to that extent?

Who lied to you? Hahaha. The Chef usually makes pretty good money. The Sous is pretty much a slave. I was always the first one in and the last one to leave.

Saw Porshia & her LGT on Moanalua Fwy this evening... and briefly had a 3-car cruise as she followed Release Da Kracken's STI & my Leggy. Sorry to break it up, but we were hungry & stopped at the Curry House.
