anyone know whose white WRX with c/f hood, chrome looking rims? well its loud exhaust woke me up last night

I live on Nuuanu....going to work at honda today..Parked next to a white Sti with temp plates and had a aftermarket exhaust...dont know what kind though @ Ward center when I went to see a movie last night....

WRB Sti on Fort Weaver in Ewa about 6pm, dark tint, silver wheels. Asian driver.
