Am I reading the story correctly? He killed someone 3 and a half years ago and is allowed to go to school out of state, and is only sentenced now? Someone 'splain please.

Especially Hawaii, where people with 20+ felony convictions walk the streets.

I'll be surprised if this guy serves over a year.

^^^Yep but the legislature doesnt see it that way. They think that having the track causes more racing. Unfortunately it sounds like in a year they are going to be sadly mistaken.

Im in the minority. A lot of the "old timers" see the tuning community as a bunch of "punks" with fast cars. How soon they forget their muscle car days, and how if they had a place to go they wouldn't have done as much street racing. Up hill battle my friends.
