PDXTune.....September 2011.....Get your cars ready!

Hello Everyone,

Jarrad has just said he will be coming back to tune our Subaru's September 30, October 1st and 2nd!

Jarrad knows times have been tough. After discussions with him, he has agreed to lower the price to $400!!!

This includes:
Single Fuel Tune
1 Hr Tune/Dyno Time (Typical Stg2 tune). Expect to pay more with more complicated, time consuming tunes.

If your time goes over 1 hr, you will be expected to pay the additional dyno/tune fee.
If you want an additional fuel type, the cost will be $100 more for tune time plus additional dyno time.

Check back to this first page for the latest updates...

If you want a spot, here is the info: If you don't make this meet, it will be up to you to meet up with Dan (Ojichan Sti) to make your payment. First come first served...if you have a preferable date and time, be there at 9pm on the 16th.

Actually small stuff...but I want to get it retuned...right now I've been fixing things here and there, tidying up the engine bay.

The car is quick and quiet...very quiet.

I'll be replacing Rotors/Pads, power steering pump, and probably coilovers/struts...

I wouldn't mind picking up an EL Header/Up-Pipe...a HTA68 or 18g, injectors, and fp...leaving the APS TMIC on though...want to see what kind of power I can make with a top mount...

I had an APS TMIC and 18g I was able to squeeze out 348 tops pushing 21 psi......to give you some advice I wouldn't waste your time on an 18g

The 18g was a good turbo for me...but I like the smoother curve of the bigger turbo's...I tasted the FP Red...I liked iiiiit....I liked iiiit....

eh, but not so good with the top mount....I've narrowed it down to a few different turbo's...$$$ will determine which one...

Yep....the bane of the 04 STI's...they typically go out around 80K mi....mine is leaking and getting kind of hard to turn...

I've ordered one, it should be here in a couple weeks...

Hey Brent
We should we have the potluck party at the beach this time maybe surfer's cafe or Hau Bush. I'm pretty sure Jarrad would like that. At least he can jump in the water or surf (if there's waves) after the tune. Bbq short ribs at the beach sounds good!
