OZ Superleggeras?
OZ Superleggeras?
Anyone have OZ Superleggera's? Curious what you think of them. I cancelled my order since I want to wait and actually see what color WRX I end up with once I get there. I have never liked Gold wheels, but they look pretty good on the Red WRXs I have seen. Only way to tell is in person tho. Pictures always look good.
What wheel sizes are you all running? I was going for 17", but have heard people *****ing wishing they had gone 18". Im not as much for looks as functionality and not sure how well the cars ride with so little rubber.
Thanks, Dave

People generally opt for 18"s for aesthetic reasons. I did. 17"s are more functional in that they're lighter, provide a slight improvement in ride quality (over 18"s), and will probably be better for drag racing.
Superleggeras are sweet and I haven't seen many cars with those wheels here. You can't really go wrong with gold or gun metal, but gold does look better with red.

Yeah what he said 18's or higher are usually for show not so much go. Superleg's are light and look sweet IMHO. Plus I believe they are a pretty good bargain from a good manufacturer. They were my first choice but I couldn't pass up the set I have now for the price.
Ah ok, glad to know they arent there much. I will probably just order the Gold then before I come there and put them in the shipping crate to save what a vendor would charge me. Im pretty sold on Red WRX since they arent so common and the wife loves Red. So less anger from her for spending a gob of money the better. =)

I've ran super leggeras, and think they're sooper cool...
They're relatively light (17") and strong. (too bad I had to give them back.) And to my knowledge only Dean, Chad, and the guy russel sold them too run them.
Oh yeah, Gold is cool, (and if you ever get tired of the gold super leggeras, give me a call...) J/K......
