One more reason to leave....

What would make somebody do this.. Happened last night at my house on base. I have been to many bases this is the worst I have ever seen there are so many punk kids running around at night... After my last car got broken into a year ago I have only seen the cops three times come down my street in a year they act like all the cops I've met they act like glad it didn't happen to me.. The messed up thing is that I am about 90% positive I know who did it but can't prove it which sucks.. So now Hickam has to buy me a new fender and pay to have my car fixed. i think I would have less problem living off base. Nothing against Hawaii and the people I've met here but the day I leave will not get here soon enough I spent 7 years at my last base and never got as much as a door ding...

Sorry to see this.

Make sure that Hickam pays to get the job done right the first time!

I already went and got a quote I might just have it fixed due to the fact of the sidemarker not sure if they'll re-mount or if I want them to...But I am going to have them blend the hood, fender, bumper, and door..And yes the base is going to pay for it The quote I got was around $600. Can anybody give me directions to Theo-Davis I am going to get a quote from the also so when I go to the legal office I'll have two different quotes. Maybe if somebody knows of another good place to go it would be great..Thanks..

I heard good things about Theo-Davis when I got my car fixed. Wish I had gone to them.
I made the mistake of going to Schuman Carriage. The work done wasn't bad at all, but it took them 3 weeks to do a 4 day job, and it STILL wasn't done 100%.

$600 - $700 is what it comes out to. The same damn thing happened to me but I could never prove that they did it. You might want to check out city fender also. I've been there 3 times for other minor body hits nad 1 time for a full front end collision and they do really good work.

If you're on base, doesn't that mean that these people aren't from Hawaii? Wouldn't they be punks from other areas of America that got sent here with their families? Anywho, outside base is just as bad i guess, damn people need smacks.

I say do a recon mission on the person you suspect. No one will ever know, and if it isn't him...and you got the wrong guy. Well, he probably did something to someone else anyway.

Sorry to hear about your car.

If I can get my cop friend to run a check on him not sure if he is allowed but he could do it...I see so many kids late at night walking around and they shouldn't be there is a 11pm curfew but the SP's don't enforce it..The more I look at the dent it looks like somebody hit it with a skateboard but there are no marks...I'll check out Theo-Davis and City fender..
