Probably some dumba$$ kid who can't drive a lick. I personally feel, if it's an open stretch of road with no one around, and you feel like opening it up, go for it! Just keep in mind you could kill yourself, and also realize your own limits. Racing on the other hand, especially in traffic, is plain stupid...
