....wow.... I'll say it again,,, Subaru should come out with a new safety feature for these type of vehicle... Fuel cut off switch, would help save lives and maybe the car....I say this by experience, since my best friend, Tom (racingaz) totaled his on Punchbowl exit, he barely made it, but Thanks God...

light pole is up 1-0
i don't think they've even replaced the pole yet. i paid for it! but it has yet to be erected. it's on mililani mauka going toward wal-mart. it's that long sweeping left, you'll see it. there's usually an orange cone where the pole used to be. '04 STi R.I.P.

Power / Light Poles always win..
My dumbass drunk friend drove off the road doin 120 km/h or so and busted a 9-10 inch wooden power/telephone pole, left a 2 foot stump of a pole and the rest dangling. Wrote off his dads Acura integra type R. He had 3 passengers with him at the time, all survived thank god. I can never look at that guy the same after that....

damn that is harsh. drinkin + driving = big trouble little china.
i personally like my '04 for a couple of reasons.
1. tons of good memories in it.
2. the simplicity of the cabin. it didn't have a 6 disc cd changer and the ***** were easier to use with out looking.
3. the mean hood scoop. that thing (although only asthetic) was intimidating.
4. the '06 has that extra wing on it. it's yet to grow on me and i am looking to get it taken off.
it's really all just body styling, but i loved my '04.
