So far so good. I really miss my wife and family. I think that's the main reason why I didn't sign for a consecutive tour here.

I don't know of anyone besides your unit who're doing 2 yr tours. I don't know how you could consider another one consecutively. Phew!

 

It sucked at the time, but I may actually miss these days later down the road. hehe

 

we still have a few days left here- god knows we might wnd up working with the Quick Reaction Force or sumthing- i heard they need more people- cross your finger bro. BTW the ground assault convoy issue is still at work- they keep on f@&^ing w/ us!

Im in the same boat... My unit got back from a 1yr, deployment 5-7 months after back again for the next tour....1 more yr....Just like chibby says; Im done after this, Family is first, Ive done my time, once I return home....Jose
