OBD Code P0224
P0224 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Intermittent
I replaced my TMIC - TB coupling and might have bumped it I guess... went in and moved my recirc hose clamp away from the sensor, kind of looked like it had been rubbing ( probably while monkeying with the TMIC ). Clear it and hope it doesn't come back?
Came on during a shift from 3rd -4th WOT getting onto the freeway, my guess is engine movement jarred it a little too much.

I'd check to make sure you didn't rub the wire bare.. it you did.. at a minimum get some electrical tape to make sure you don't get a short
check good and look for even the smallest cut where the wire could short out.
that's what sounds like happened, Better to be thorough now than be stuck on the road somewhere in the dark.
Just my 2c

I moved everything away from it, checked my connections / wires and everything looks good. I am almost positive that what happened was the sensor itself got knocked around during the VTA purge when shifting. The Recirc clamp was very close if not touching the actual connection to the TB sensor, and when I went to shift the resulting engine movement jarred it to the point that it threw a CEL. I cleared it, went out and did a couple more WOT freeway onramps and nothing yet so I think I fixed the problem!
