not sure but i think a full lingefelter corvette bi-turbo is about half that price with three times the performance and a warranty... dunno about you guys but for me 460k is a lot for any car especially a honda with 280 bhp...

I

agree. Especially when the 2005 Vette is only 50 pounds heavier. I think the new Z1 (even lighter) will spank the NSX. Nothing against Hondas, just way overpriced. Personally, I'd use the term "twin" turbo Vette rather than "bi" turbo. Just me.

good catch on the twin turbo san...i was just perplexed at how a honda could be that much money...maybe it has auxilary power systems like jet engines...those arent measured in horse power and they are trying to keep spec's on the hush...

I wouldn't drive that on the street unless I'm on a date w/ Jessica Alba or Scarlett Johansson.

ok. i possibly recant my last statement.... it is a nice car. for that price tag i'd still rather buy a piece of american hot rod nostalgia(sp) nice nonetheless....

I imagine it's still a cozy fit behind the wheel. Gotta remember the NSX isn't purely about raw power. It's been touted as the most comfortable exotic in the world.
I haven't driven too many types, but from experience I can say for sure that it's so amazingly comfortable to sit in. I've driven a Ferrari Testarossa and while it's a drool machine, I'd rather take a long trip in an NSX. It just has a 'human factor' about it.
