From: Rockin my 6th Suby in the 808 in the past decade!
Car Info: 01 Impreza RSTi, 08 Evo MR, and 13 XV
the dvd is built in, everything is self contained in a standard din size. only thing is the face is about a din and quarter to half size bigger. as far as installing it you have to do a little bit of custom work to the bezel to clear the top of the bezel. (nothiing a razor cant handle and little of time)
as far as the unit it self everything is pretty much menu driven just got to get use to it i guess. you can also hook more monitors if you choose also it has a/v inputs so its ready for a ps2/xbox/karaoke mic <-----for the filipinos in the house hope this helps

pretty sure there are other ways this is just the way i chose because i did not want to lose the pocket where my defi controller sits...but i know for sure if you mount it in the bottom position or where i did mine u definetly need to trim it down

i cant my insurance doesn't have @$$ looking covered under my policy :P

sound quality is a little better than stock but to be honest it doesn't make a difference to me once i replace my mids and highs and a good quality amp
