not even going to rant anymore...

it's actually more of an amusement now then an angry post..

so I pull out of the parking structure of waikiki trade center, after work..

it's about 4 am.. I get about 2 feet out of the structure after gate/arm lets me out and i see blue lights.

Faliure to complete stop in a driveway before entering roadway - $137

i COULD go into the whole, "im victimized by the car i drive" sob story but weve all heard it and frankly even i dont want to hear myself right now..
funny how the car in front of me had his subwoofers blazing and his buddy hanging out the window and etc.

so.. no sob story.. not even going to fight it.. just going to pay it, and move on..

the car gods gave me 2 days (accident) before they decided to put another hammer on me.

you pay to play I guess

kinda ironic that that ticket you got, is what happen in your accident right? someone failed to come to a complete stop in a drive way before entering the roadway? and hit you?

Well you do. I was arrested twice for my car in Ft. Hood. Killeen was notorious for hating hispanics. Especialy with PHAT cars.

Oh yea.

well actually now that I think about it, I apologize for cutting down law enforcement officers.

But I must say that is a pretty uncommon ticket, considering the circumstances.

Sheesh. But waikiki is the place where everyone learns the ropes. I guess you gotta learn somewhere.

-_-

Waikiki, Nuf said...I've worked in Waikiki in the past for years and years, when I had my 2.5rs and my WRX. I've recieved tickets for exhaust, no front plate, no recon, blue headlight bulbs, dark tint. At one point, I considered tickets as one of my monthly bills.

Modded cars (Mostly imports) get pulled over in Waikiki. One of the first things I learned when I got into the car scene here, driving through waikiki is taboo when you have a modded car, even with recon. I was told by an officer that all the noobs on the force are sent to waikiki and are told to stand on the street corner and look for modded cars, and tag them. If they have recon, issue the ticket anyways and if there recon is correct, the judge will just simply throw the ticket out.

It sucks you got a ticket for "Not coming to a complete stop, before entering the street" but its waikiki. And every little thing, cops will tag you for it. I seen police tag j-walkers daily in front of store I used to work at. And people getting tickets for having there surfboard sticking out afew "inches" out the back of the truck.

I got 2 tickets in one night from that Chung guy when I was in Hawaii.
One for my rear wing and rims.
and the second one, no front license plate ( I know, not legal )

But anyway I tried to explain him my wing is stock and for the rims they were just 1 inch bigger...
So... Why big dodge don't get ticket for their bling bling 28 inch rims?

Since I hate going to waikiki.

I used to get pulled over all the time in Waikiki (used to work there too). The thing that really really pissed me off was how long they took to write up my ticket.

It was always some bogus ticket for one, but it's hard to take watching the guy read the description on the ticket.
Like DAMMIT man...the street is kalakaua, you have my license...what more do you have to think about?

It used to scare me when they would walk away from the car to go to think about it, ("oh wait right here") as if filling out a form requires mental focus.
