I sold my STI today somebody else is now the proud parent of a 2004 Subaru STI...Slightly modded he has posted on here before he said his screen name is ThunderSTI or something like that I really hated to see it go but I am moving to the mainland in August and found a Infiniti dealership in Texas that offers "KILLER DEALS" to military only so I will more than likely be picking up a MY05 G35 Sedan for $500.00 over invoice better deal that the stealership here could offer on a 04 lefteover that they have had iniventory for over a year..So after being a Suby owner since Feb 2001 I will be without yes my first Suabru was the one and only GC8 bodystyle which in my opinion is the best they ever made is what attracted me to Suabru...And that I could get wicked air in it up in the mountains in Washington...And I really enjoyed my STI for the 2 years I owned it..But don't worry I'll still be around to annoy people and help out until I leave..Later

today i saw a g35 with skyline emblems, did he change it or was it like that? not really up tp date with the nissans..

 

The G35 coupe is what replaced the TRUE Skyline in Japan. And I got what I wanted for it..I made some money not much but some.

 

o yea someone told me that, i was confused if he got the car like that.... awesome car i love that exhaust sound they got

 

I saw super nice white G35 today. It was dropped really nicely, the tires tucking a tad, stock gunmetal rims, and a really badass sounding exhaust. If I had a G35 I would probably get a custom single exit exhaust, coming out of the left of course

 

I rarely see any lowered G35's / 350Z's. Nor do i see much with aftermarket exhaust (must be $$ to get something that actually gives you hp)

Are the parts expensive, or are people already satisfied with the height and don't want to screw up their already-damn low front bumper?

That ThunderSTi guy came out to a few meets. I believe he is military and came back from Iraq about 5-6 months ago.

He was with that other dude that got his car shipped over...tall skinny haole guy with brown hair and girlfriend. Both of them military I believe.
