newborn in sti

if i cannot sell my sti for a reasonable price im considering keeping it, just wondering if anyone daily drives with a newborn child in the car. i was considering selling it cuz the stock suspension is kinda stiff and my coilovers are even stiffer and the car is kinda bouncy, i just was wondering if it was too harsh for newborns to ride in... any kind of response is greatly appreciated also is there anyone with if you do have aftermarket suspension what kine you running.

stock suspension = ok for new borns
coilovers on a considerational softer setting is ok for baby. I've had my sons in my WRX that was set to full stiff and they love the car till this day and prefer to ride in my car. the bouncing is what made me lower the settings when they were infants since their head thrashes around.

I've been taking my daughter (now 6 mos) around in my Type R and Supra and it doesn't seem to bother her.

The ITR and Supra are on stock suspension but the Supra has 18 wheels with low profile 35 series tires.

My problem is not having enough space to carry baby and other stuff around.

The car will actually cause a rocking the baby effect. Don't worry as long as you keep your child in a approved child safety seat you will be fine. In fact get the ones that lean back so when your baby falls asleep it can lay down and its head won't lean over to the side.

Congrats on the new baby by the way.

My baby girl loves riding around in my STi. I have a stock suspension set up, seems to always put her to sleep every time I take her driving.

been running ver9 struts with jdm pinks on both my kids with no problems. i think your bigger problem regardless of suspension is the potholes in Hawaii
