If you're giving us the choices - I go for the '94 Lemans. That thing was RIDICULOUS!
Unfortunately it's not a production car, and you can't buy one here... But at $850k (the projected asking price back then) I don't suppose too many people could have afforded it anyway.

If you can believe this calculation (and the NABR guys are nerds) my calculated 0-60mph time
(derived from 7.821 1/8 etc, and 87.04 1/8 mph) = 3.72 seconds.
DAMN, an Enzo would edge me out.
