train the dog to just eat the kibble. don't give in to it. it will learn to eat it, since it will get nothing else. human food is not good for the animal. nothing oily or with sugar. raw veggies are okay, lmk if you need help with the diet regimen.

Car Info: 2008 Legacy 3.0R 3L H-6 RIP :( Hello 09 FXT!
what we feed our babies are dry dog food, raw veggies, and raw fruits. fyi - avoid dog food that has corn meal. when you see corn meal as part of the ingredient, this means that they not only use corn from the cob. it's everything such as the kernals, the cob, husk, stock etc. this is harsh to the digestive tract of the dog. only high-quality corn that is finely ground to break up the outside covering of each kernel, then cooked at high temperatures is ok. This process makes the corn meal in dog food highly digestible and an excellent carbohydrate source. we like to use iams and eukanuba.
giving your pet any table food will cause future health problems such as hyperlipidemia, myocardial infarct, arteriosclerosis etc...so watch their diet!
like chris said if you have any questions let us know and congrats!
