At least for me (5-speed) I didn't find the Redline synthetic fluids made any difference for the transmission and rear diff. As a matter of fact, many have found that the best fluid is actually high-grade dino. Check the NASIOC transmission forum for details. There is a big write-up on it. By the way, I use Redline engine oil religiously, so I like Redline.
