94-95 were fords transitional years to obdII...some had the new setup ...some didnt...
if your eec conector is in the engine compartment...usually driver side fender area...then your obd 1

It is ODB I, I used the old skool analog volmeter sweep method, but thank you everyone.
Now this is where I stand if anyone can help:
I am working on my brothers 94 5.0 EFI Bronco, and it will not start. He was driving yesterday and it began to backfire then stall, then backfire and then died. Hasn't been able to start since. It cranks with no problem. I checked using a voltmeter to one of the plug wires and I gots spark. It gave me a 33 code which is EGR, but that wouldn't cause to not start. It just seems like its not getting fuel. I can not hear the fuel pump at all, are you supposed to be able to hear it run?
Any advice would be much appreciated, Thanks!

check the schrader valve on the fuel rail......cycle the key a few times to prime the pump...stick a screw driver on the schrader (just like air pressure) and see if fuel squirts out... if your unsure...have someone crank the car while pressing the schrader and you should have ample fuel gushing out...
is this for a 5.0 or 5.8?

I did that with just the key in the on position, I'll try it again when my brother gets here and have him crank while I check, when I did that earlier, I got NOTHING. This why I am thinking it may be a Fuel Pump Issue.
