n e body lyke race

Driving around with my wife stopped at a traffic light when a car in the oncoming traffic passes by and revs his engine. Why would someone do that? does he expect me to race him in reverse or something....It happened not once, twice, three times, but five friggin times by 5 different vehicles. From trucks to Honda's, to Fords and even vans. My wife was like " what the hell are you doing" Im like uhh nothing... I dont even notice them until there like 3 feet away then all of a sudden..VVVRRROOOOOOOOOMMMMM! Frickin flamers... I cant enjoy the Hawaii rainy weather with my window up the whole time. Any Ideas besides driving my Ranger the next time i feel like cruisin...

i had that happen to me the other day on the freeway. it was like a 91 civic hatch of all things. he pulled up next to me and reved. i could see the smoke coming out of his exhaust and i laughed but he kept doing it so i got mad. 30 seconds later he was outta sight, outta mind. just try to laugh it off. they just want to see a real machine go instead of their nonda.

i usually make it obvious that picking my nose is more appealing to me than paying attention to them "agitators" . and then i proceed to dig my nose... its more of a mental distraction for me to remind myself not to give in to the temptation of "reminding" these people who is superior.
and besides... lately i have been digging up some really big nuggets! forget those "racers" . my bougars have been so intriguing lately

Hehe, you know I'm with you on that! But then again, I've never been called out yet...in any of my cars...not that I'd KNOW a "call out" if I seen one! haha!
I must be a lesser man than most here...I'd go!

Live with it. If I had a dollar for every thread like this my car would be done. Its just hater envy or at most they just need conformation that their car sucks.

It's like getting hit on by hot chicks wherever you go. It just gets old and proves how pitiful they are.

I don't know which car you have, but my advice would be: buy a wagon.
