actually the pic you posted is a concept for their B11(name?) while the one i posted was their B9 scrambler(name?) concept. the difference is that the B11 is using a 3.0 six, while the B9 utilizes a 2.0 hybrid....... we shall see how much of this gets to the actual production line. figuring this stuff is like 3-4 years old.... we'll see what happens.

people have said before we dont buy these cars for the looks. from some vids ive seen the car handles quite a bit better than the late model sti's and thats what counts when it all boils down. i still like the 06's tho. the beauty is on the inside.

Gdogg, I thought that concept was the first sketch out of the ex-Alfa guys book after he joined Subaru. I personally really like the new Impreza's and I think Alfa's are some of the best looking cars made, ever. My dad had a 2.5V6 156. Take a look at the brand new Brera amd the almsot as new Alfa Romeo GT, sweet looking cars, so long as you dont touvh them, as they will fall apart
it won't grow on me i like it already. you gotta hand it to subaru when talking about styling. it is def. not run of the mill. i wanna say cutting edge, but if you bout subarus for looks, then you are in the wrong market my freind. but i actually like the looks, so i feel that there is style and performance to boot. but i can appreciate other cars as well...it's all about the sleeper car heehee

I'm frantically searching for one of the prominent Subaru (JGTC I think) racing teams who've already prepared an '06 for racing. I thought it was HPI, but I can't find anything. I am pretty certain that the color of the car was something flamboyant like HPI's orange, but my memory is already vague.
Greg, I do like that roadster, though. If Subaru would mass produce that; even if it were very tame, I'd go for it one of these days. Wouldn't it be awesome, though, if they gave it the STi treatment and could compete (in a manner of speaking) with the Miata as the most popular grassroots motorsports -ilkish car?
I'll find those pics.
