no its not powder coated... its universal black w/ silver flakes so it gives it a lil bronze at sum angle in da lyte.
i have rims but im lovin da stock rims ryte now...
i have a wedsport sa90 bronze.

up and down pipe (dont know wat, came w/ da car)
intake (also came w/ da car)
hks turbo timer
blitz dd blow-off
tein flex
wedsport sa90 w/ yokohama advan 245/45/75 (not run'n it ryte now still in my room and never open them)

o yea da coolest thing is dat da previous owner was an old man and i only pick it up for 12g
