Of course you can take it in for warranty. You can take ANY problem in for a warranty unless you did some mods to your car that would void it.

Sounds like a spring or something broke.

Well...most cars do 3yrs or 36,000 miles.

do you have aftermarket speakers(to where you had to pull the door panel?)?
if so might be something hindering the linkage to the handle

do you live near the bay(or on it?) reason why i ask is because my last subie was parked right across sunset beach for an extended period of time. my windows rolled up very slow. my only explanation was that the excessive elements(sea salt, constant rain, humidity) might have caused the lubricated parts to get contaminated prematurely. thats just my theory-

either way, we are right down the street from u if you want keith to look at it.
