Is this possible? What would I need to do it?
I'm about to have spare calipers and rotors for the front, and I was wondering if I could just move them to the back. I'm guessing I would need a front brake bracket to install on the back, but I know where to get one of those. Are there any other issues.
I mostly want to do this for balance purposes. With the increased stopping power up front, I would hope to have relative (as compared to stock bias) stopping power for the rears.
Am I full of isht? Or does this sound reasonable? Is it possible?

Not really no, the rear rotors have an internal drum that houses the e-brake shoes. If you could, (not sure you can) you'd have no e-brake.
Some pics here that will show the shoes:

Another reason not to post on NAZIOC
Of course, this is probably divine retribution for lighting up the noob who posted a turbo-related question in our "For Sale by Vendors" forum. It still pissed me off.
Thanks again, Peaty, for answering my simple question.
