Guys arrested and their cars towed @ HIN in Houston
hot import rice is going on now in Houston and it turned out to be an excellent opportunity for the Houston police. apparently HPD hired people to go under cover and check VIN's. last night at about 11:45 at least 4 people were arrested and their nice shiny cars were towed away...they got what they deserved. even if the owners didn't actually steal the motors they still contributed by buying them. and who is stupid enough to leave the VIN on anyway if they think the motor might be hot?
