MMMM, MMMM, Ostrich!

Here are a few pictures of me and my girlfriend checking out a few local attractions.

That is one of my dogs running with the Ostriches. He ended up getting stomped by one of them! I don't think the ostrich I hopped on had ever tried to carry a 113kg American before. I sure am getting fatter! Oh the good life!

Yeah I really don't like small dogs, but my friend was getting rid of a beagle. It was either both of his dogs or none! I have to go get my other dog from the pound today.

I tried ostrich... didn't like it, it was very tasteless. I do however love crocodile, tastes like steak but flakey like fish!

Ostrich is like beef... umm... I guess the ostrich meat I ate was well marinated... so it was very tasty.

Hey Nate...

So did you brave the sea snails? You know, I use to live in Japan when I was younger...I remember going somewhere where they dove for those snails and oysters...the ladies are nuts man...they don't wear wet suits or anything...just jump in the water with masks...and that water was coooold!

I remember smelling them while they were being cooked...they hibachi them like your pictures with some type of sweet, soy sauce based mixture (like teriyaaki sauce)...smelled good but I never did try them...

If you did try them...you are a brave man...but then again, I don't eat oysters either...or clams or...
