Nice rides everyone,

I am still part of the stock WRXs (except for a Kartboy shortshifter), I should be getting some part soon.

BoOm, your Ver. 2 lip, I know that it is 2 pieces, I am guessing that dark grey rectangle piece, holds the 2 sides together? I am thinking of getting one and wanted to know how the fitment is?

Sorry for the newbie questions.

Bran

The middle part is just a hard STI logo that covers up the screw you use to put through the collet to get the two pieces together. The only problem I see with the lip(I think Mitch had probs with his old lip too) was that it will cause scratches in your bumper. I took mine off once and I saw this long scratch on my bumper that the edge of the lip caused.

Fitment was perfect because its genuine Subaru stuff but from what I've seen on other cars, the v2 lip is most often used in silver and sometimes blue. Many people think they're awkward in another color besides silver.

That lip is about 600 before shipping.

it would be easy to prevent the scratches by putting something under/on the edge, ... weather stripping, sticky-back foam, etc.
