considering that it's coming from the land of naked weather report girls, i don't think it's too risque for the brits. i read british sportbike mags, and my girlfriend hates them since every single issue has a nude centerfold girl perched atop a bike. hell, even some insurance ads in the UK feature scenes that make that ad seem tame in comparison.

When I was in England a few years ago, I noticed that many magazines showed bared breasts, even in grocery stores. Also, one of the major newspapers ALWAYS had a naked woman on page 3. I think it is The Daily Mirror?
It is true that the Brits are less hyper about nudity than Americans.
