Magnaflow or RFL-TI????
Just got approved for my loan to fix the wifey's carport cruisade damage. Funny, though, I have a little bit extra comin' in! (shhhh!) I already have the turboxs uppipe & downpipe, so I'm going to go ahead & finish off the exhaust (finally). Just wondering anybody's opinion on whether to go with the standard muffler, or the RFL-TI that they have to offer. Also, while I'm at it, any opinions on cat-less or just getting the high-flow cat would be helpful too. Thanx everyone in advance!

cat or no cat depends on Your personal opinion of running your car without a cat! So decide in that sense. It'll obviously cost more to buy a high flow cat, but to me, it is worth it.
I like the style of the RFL-Ti better, .... are they sold as only axle backs? or cat-backs also?
I also like the new Greddy Power Extreme II exhaust!

Funkdrmr,
Based off my experince w/ the Magna flow I wish i never sold it. That exhaust was so tame especially in the higher Rpm's. I never got a ticket for recon when i had it and my car was lowered at the time. My car is back to stock height, i have an exhaust very similiar to the RFL and i have gotten 2 recon tickets in the 5 months i have had my different exhuast. Maybe its just my luck( i don't have very good luck ) Also if you end up getting the straight pipe and don't like it i'll do and even trade for my high flow cat that i got from turboXS Good luck w/ your decision

Thanks Mario....I'll definitely keep you in mind if I decide I don't want the cat-less pipe! Looks like all the questions are answered....going cat-less with the Magnaflow, mainly because of the volume factor. I just hope it doesn't bite me in the rear if I do more upgrades in the future! Gotta thank everyone for their help.....I appreciate it!

My car puts down 12.7's and runs out the back door at 105+ mph catless with a "quiet/old man" Prodrive axle-back.
