From what was listed, it seems like you have enough for a telephone harassment of you want HPD to get involved. Make sure your student firmly tells the callers that the incoming calls are unwanted and HPD will be notified if the calls continue. Keep a running log of the calls with dates/times/and what was discussed. As for the guy in the Suby coming to campus to pick up your student, make sure she doesn't go with him and if she feels threatened at any point, find a teacher and call 911. If it's a daily occurrence, your schools administration can verbally trespass him from your campus as he has no real reason for being their. After the verbal warning is given, HPD can be called if he continues to come back. Any other questions, feel free.

Yah dude, I know riki and conrad. Conrad is my friends brother.
