Local source for RS trunk torsion bars/3rd brake light?

Local source for RS trunk torsion bars/3rd brake light?
Does anyone know if I can get RS trunk torsion bars and package tray/3rd brake light locally at a good price? Maybe a salvage yard or something like that? I'm toying with the idea of removing the STi wing, but I don't want to do it if it's going to be really expensive. Do I HAVE to have the third brake light? Anyone get pulled over for not running one?
Also, are there any other trunk covers (to cover the holes left behind by the STi wing) besides the Voltex?
I know for '05 there is no such thing as a WRB RS, I assume that's true for other years so a trunk swap is not an option. In any case, I wanted to hang on to the STi wing in case I wanted to go back. Then again, maybe I can grab any color RS trunk and hardware and wrap the trunk in flat black or carbon fiber patterened vinyl...
I know this type of question has been kicked around a lot over the years, but that makes it harder to search for just the right information. I'm sure many here have gone through this or at least thought about it. Thanks.

If I remove the wing, can I just take off one of the torsion bars and run like that? Or do I really need to find the bars off an RS?
