just was wondering how many of us i-clubbers actually own your own house. just because i remember posting up that i was kind of skeptical about racing my rex after the upgrade i made and somebody was like blah,blah,blah.

if you own your own s*** then you would probably know where i'm coming from. it's frustrating when i want to keep building my ride, but then the mortgage bill comes in the mail.


anyway......... yes i own my home....... WOOT,WOOT...

I don't own...damned college and working for a charity made me poor!

In about 2-3 years I have to decide if I wanna go for the big money in the for-profit world.

 

I own my place and yes it's a pain, so tempted to buy stuff for the car, but really what's more important? The car you drive or the roof over your head. I'm glad I have a place.

 

actually this is the second home that i've purchased. bought my first home at the age of 22. then sold it for twice the amount i bought it for.

and yes the roof over my head as well as my wife's and three kids heads are priority to me.

i own my own house and a couple of cars. i'm always looking for parts, but when you have to pay the bills, it's tough.

 

i know exactly what your talking about. i also dislike when i hear or see younger guys doing upgrades etc. to their rides. if they only knew how much stress i endure.

TWO JOBS 1 full,1 part time = not enough time with kids and wifey.

i don't have you problems (i'm single with no kids), but its really tough on a single income. i don't have the time to work 2 jobs (although i do have my own side business).

 

side buisness? got room for another employee bro,my p/t job is starting to give me run arounds.sucks.....

 

I'm in the same boat, that's why my ****'s mostly stock. Oh well, maybe we'll earn some equity.

 

i got a roof over my head twice over.....

i kinda live in my car, just like the people in the nation of moke's

 

i don't own my house ... the bank does . hopefully in about 30 years !!!

 

2 Months till my second house is completely paid off =) I hear you though, the mortgage payments are one of the reasons I drive an RS instead of an STI.

 

I am still debating to find a place to settle and what to do in my life... so far pending on my Alien Status and family, so no mods on my car!

two boys and one girl. my oldest son is going to be 9 in march and the middle is my daughter who is going to be 5 in march as well. my newest edition is my 1 yr. old son.
