In the actual movie (where this clip came from) there is a guy name "Patty" (I think that's the way you spell it) and he is the Mitsu guys tuner... He's mentally challenged but is a genius when it comes to tuning engines...

the evo driver is ekin cheng (spelling???) he is the main character i believe.. sorry to say but the impreza guy is the bad one in the story. i havent seen the whole movie, but both guys are like oh im a bada$$, blah blah... imma borrow the movie from my friend so i can finish it, hehehe. he has it on vhs chinese subbed, low quality picture.
