I recently swaped my entire sound system from the am/fm tape deck and the 4 paper towel speakers in my forester L to a cd player, 4 door speekers, and 2 tweeters. Although , the over all sound was much better, I needed some vibration, so I went and bought a couple of subs, and the salesman threw in the box(grey carpeted one). After insallation I had a problem of the box being to big, even though its a forester with big trunk area my wife uses it for work, sometimes to haul things around (which is fine with me because then I get the FXT). So, I decided to build my own (the brown one) dont be fooled by the pic, this box is 5/8 PDF and wrapped in fiberglass, it will also be painted, when I decide what color.

just thought some of you stereo guys might appreciate this and for you performance guys the thump from these speakers adds 5% more horse power to all four(Ha Ha)
