So I guess it is safe to say that the small group preventing it does not have much power and should not be a concern? If you have that much proof people should hopefully know it is a non issue and hopefully they do not have much power over the permits So many people are looking forward to this, I can't imagine how much work you have put into this. It must be nice to be in the final stages...

I would hope not...but it's easier to kill something than it is to make it succeed. We're in the permitting stage, but we're not there yet. Suxorz.
