oh man of course - i get keyed all day - On my wrx - On my dads beamer. its just Gay. I dun even know y people would **** up nice cars...jealousy =/

 

lets see, gum thrown on my car, bbq sauce, betel nut, and airsoft. life sucks..

 

hell yes....my car was in almost immaculate condition when i first got it 3 months ago...i got so many door dings now. and yes, someone tried to key stratch me but i buffed it out.

 

lol at bbq sauce (not at you in particular) but it's a first.

my friend got bbq sauce on his car too! but he was parked near a BK...

my car was keyed at the school i graduated from the third day i had my car.. and it just got worse.. lugies, gum, keys, backed into and not told about...

 

my old bug i got the passenger side of the car keyed and syrup poured thru that back windows... no bueno

 

i almost forgot...i have good luck...it was the 2nd week i got my car...parked it at work....went on lunch break and saw this yellow thing on my car...thought someone egged me but nope...a birds egg fell from a tree onto my car...had small little egg shells and yellow yolk crap stuck in the cracks by the hood scoop

 

in one week got my front left wheel well hit in a parking lot..no note left. 4 days later drive down to santa barbara to see some friends, and someone kicks in my driver side rear door, big dent, would be easy to pop out but paint is cracked, then i get home the next day and get shaving creamed!..life sucks

man i feel sick someone keyed my 2007 WRX man it sucks specially when its brand new.

did you used the buff machine?
what kind of wax did you used?

 

I got keyed a few weeks after I got my 02 WRX. This was when there was no more than 10 WRX's on the island. The crappy thing was that the car was platinum silver metallic and silver cars have the hardest time with buffing out key scratches.

You can try buff it out with a small amount of cleaner wax(mothers). Be careful since it is a bit abrasive and that Subaru paint isn't thick at all. If it doesn't work, do a search from Richard's(IS2Scooby) post about him getting keyed 5 years ago and there should be a ph. number and results from his car getting worked on from Colors on Parade. Heard nothing but good stuff from them.
