i have seen the sickest subarus here on the road than i have seen in socal.

yesterday i was at ward center by D&B and i saw a white gc8 that was sick. i see more wrxs and stis and other subarus here then i do in LA.

but show cars and go cars i think we beat you (sorry i had to give some props to back home).

where is there a cool place to go look at rims like work and volk, and subaru parts? is there anything like autobacs here?

Welcome to Hawaii!

If you are by the Ward area, just a few more blocks west there is Eurosport, Hypersports and Speedgear Motorsports. Speedgear and Hyper on Auahi Street, one block west is Eurosport and quite a bit further west is Munky Wurks.

Here' s a link to a map for Auahi St.

Uhhhhh,
socal > hawaii

At least imho. I was on oahu christmas time. I think I saw more 2.5 rs than wrx or sti. Haha, I even did the wave to some wrx guys I saw, but I don't think they noticed... cause I was cruising in my mom's lexus. I saw a yeeman, blue wrx sporting i-club sticker, a different blue wrx outside koolau theater and a silver sti jamming up the pali in the pouring rain and a ton of 2.5 rs folks.

Sup Sigma!! the concentration of Subies is so much more here in Hawaii, being a relatively small area compared to Cali. I only saw three the last time I was there. Am planning another trip back to OC in March. My family is looking forward to Disneyland; me I am looking forward to visiting Super Autobacs. I maybe even try looking up the infamous Rife Praza you SoCal guys always talk about. Enjoy your stay!

Thats because 2.5RS are the only DECENT rental car here in the islands. A tourist will go where tourists go, therefore will see more 2.5RS's...i wouldn't be surprised that we have more wrx's per capita than socal.

Where can you rent Subaru's? We'll be visiting Hawaii end March/beginning April. Would really not want to get stuck in a Cavalier or Taurus.

the wrx and sti arent the only car subaru makes.
i see so many legacys its unreal

i like the gc8 body style the best and they were all 2.5rs

I am not sure, what company rents the Subarus. I'll go check and find out for you. Might be Budget rent a car.
