My name is Brent. I just got stationed here in the Kunia area. Never been to Hawaii before let alone Oahu. Still have alot to learn about the area, but I'm obviously very enthused to be out here.
I drive a silver 2006 STI. I wasn't too sure on the popularity of subi's out here but I'm pleasantly surprised. Still waiting on my car to make it out here. Hopefully by the end of the month I can get cruising around and make it to a few meets. Until then I get to live vicariously through you guys.

Well, my no later than is the 28th unfortunately. Kind of bummed about that. Praying that the ships move a little faster!

Welcome! and just looking out for you you might want to change your tint when you get your car here. 15 will not pass safety check

 

Well that could be an issue.

 

ya i should have told you that when you asked, but i didnt know they were tinted. here it is 35% max with a +-6%, so 29% is the absolute max.

 

My common sense has fooled me yet again. Thought you might be able to have darker out here. They are really tight on vehicles here.

 

But if you have "special connections" with a shop they'll just pass you, but you didnt hear that from me...
