Important tip...
I went to the mall yesterday and I noticed a weird squeaky sound coming from my front right wheel. This morning I took the wheels off to check it out and found the lugs were loose. My guess is the extreme heating and subsequent cooling (expantion and contraction) of the rotors and rims at the the track worked the lugs loose. I triple checked everything before hitting the track, so I know it was tight in the morning. So, my tip is TIGHTEN YOUR WHEELS BETWEEN HEATS. It would have been a disaster if my wheel flew off!
It's common practice before and AFTER any race event to go over your car with a fine tooth comb.
Wes had his uppipe come loose and drop all of his lower bolts into his exhaust heatshield.
I had my swaybar come loose at one time as well...
