If it hasn't been posted already (and if you missed C&DTV on Spike.)

http://www.donour.com/cars/Super_Car_Challenge.avi

This reinvigorates me as to why I do it (after so many have lost the bug.)

I just got my RA gears and flywheel in yesterday, what a coincidence.

You should go buy a lightened flywheel, now. Do it.

It's starting to get crazy (the bug) for me too. My stock turbo died, and so it is upgrade time. (note: apparently 1.2bar on the stock TD04/13G wears it out quick... who'd a thunk it). Looking at VF-34, but there is a guy with an STi block, WRX heads, and an 18G who wants to do a 1 for 1 my block for his. His #4 cylinder went poof, but that's $800 to fix. Add some cash for the UTEC, and I may be going the way of the uber-wagon.

I thought I was past this, I was happy with my car for a long time, but for me, repairs = upgrades, and if your gonna upgrade, you should go big.

Example: I was fixing my 4th gear synchro and what I thought was a bad gear tooth, so I got the RA gearset. Turns out that my gears were fine, but I got such a good deal on the gears I kept them.

Thumbs up watched it yesterday!

shiv is the man! his evo is sick and i loved his comment that vishnu actually participates in these shoot outs and not just make dyno or show queens! imo, he is one of the best tuners in america.

the second place car in the open class was the lingenfelter z06 that was here in vegas a month or so ago. that car was is awesome! 800hp, street or track driven! what i really loved about the car was how clean and driveable it was.
