Im new in town and need help!

I just moved here recently and need someone that knows Subaru to help me work out some bugs on my swapped 2.5rs. Its not electrical as far as I know. Getting no CELs but I think its in Limp Mode. Revlimiter kicks in at about 3500-4000 rpm and boost plateaus about 7-8 psi. Anyone in Hawaii know Subarus in and out??
thanks heaps!

Hell I don't have a CEL but I know I have an electrical problem.
I'm still trying to figure out what/where the problem is but I can't seem to find it.
Try ask SpinPlay01 he's very informative about Subarus.
Hope you find the problem soon and welcome to the island.

I would need history of the car and need to see the car to really help.

Does the CEL illuminate with the key in on position?
Anything that would prevent the car from revving past 4k should trigger a fault code.

Does the speedometer work?

Yes. speed-o works. CEL only illuminates when starting the car. Once it's running it goes away. And the car runs totally fine at low rpms. Idles fine. Just hits the problem area at 3500-4000 rpm.

96 Impreza. Alternator isn't chagrin my battery.
I tried to do a test parasitic drain test but I think I did it wrong and didn't find anything.
I checked the alternator and battery and it's still only giving me 12.5 almost 13 volts.

You said your car is swapped? Are you using a access port or anything to hold a tune? Your flash may be in valet mode.
