I went to a birthday party this past Friday and found out that an old co-worker of mine said that her brother had bought a car like mine (STi) for his 17 year old son. I believe she said that he attends Kalani High School. Wow, what a lucky buggah! I dunno how it is at Kalani, but BMOC for sure where I went to high school.

my parents dont know much about cars, all they know is this one is good for speeding tickets. they also dont want me tinkering with it so im kinda afraid to ask if i can pop on the exhaust me and a friend made at school.

HEY...at least you guys are doing something constructive with it.

BTW...GDOGG made an exhaust for his STi too yeah? Didn't he call it the "Gregg-xhaust"?

If you and your friend do a good job you should sell some to us guys in the i-Club to convince your parents that sometimes it is good to tinker with your car.

Just tell them that you're working on your first business idea! I'll buy one for $150 if it fits!

hehe, piping is pretty ghetto, we had to use what was left of 3 inch piping from a diesel truck. we dont have any benders either. we did it in moanalua high school (curennt auto student...) incase u were wondering. hmm business idea, shoots, i would love to have my own shop and do exhaust for people. i got nothing to start with tho

It all starts with an idea man...Make one good product and have the guy show his friends who will then buy the product and it keeps rolling and rolling from there. Talk to your econ teacher for more details. For $150 I bet you could buy the piping for at least an axle back.

I'm 12. JK. Damn you guys are lucky!!! I never had a car of that relative cost at that age. Granted, I built my 68 Camaro then, but never got the equivalent of a $30K car until just recently. Just don't crash it. Build your skill, since you have the tools. Since you're young, you have time to really be a skilled driver through SCCA events. As for being called Mr. STI. Get use to it. People will envy you, hence the nick name. Just don't be a bragger. No one likes that. Humbleness is the path to righteousness.
