I'm gonna be there again...

...this time with my lady.

We'll be there from 9/6-9/10 at the Sheraton near Int'l. Marketplace.

Here we are at the Mt. Hamilton picnic (if you see us wandering around on Kuhio or at Zippy's say "Hi!".)

Got any couple-type things to recommend? Mahalo. Oh! iNfeK, maybe I can finally bring a shirt out to you.

Ok cousins, help a brotha out. So far this is what I have planned for my girlfriend and I:

Sept. 6 - Monday:
- Fly in/Check-in. It'll be night time when we arrive.
- Sam Choy's for dinner - Thanks gdogg
- Walk on the beach. <--- Hey that's free!

Sept. 7 - Tuesday:
- Orientation thing in the morning. Hopefully we can arrange all our stuff there.
- L & L for lunch
- Scooters around Waikiki
- Germaine's Luau in the evening

Sept. 8 - Wednesday:
- Rent car and go sightseeing: Pali point, Arizona Monument, etc. Suggestions?
- Zippy's for lunch.
- Is there a nice waterfall or something for us to look at?
- North shore. Matsumoto's for ice. Thanks namakemono

Sept. 9 - Thursday:
- Snorkelling
- Suggestions?

Sept. 10 - Friday
- Check out in the Morning
- Suggestions?
- souvenir shopping.
- Flight leaves at night after 9PM.

Help me fill in those spots where I put "Suggestions?" Oh yeah... Cheap stuff to do is good.

Mahalo,
Owl

skip L&L -- plenty of them here in the bay

try rainbow drive-in instead

if you're a snorkeling n00b like me, go to hanauma bay. It's like the disneyland of snorkel spots... safe, convenient and crowded go early in the morning if you can it fills up fast. I think it's closed one day a week too (tuesday?)

have fun!

if you are into hawaiian food without the luau atmosphere try IVA's in Pearl City or even Jackies Diner in Aiea.

if you want some local food -fine dining style try Sam Choys on Kapahulu
or Roys in Hawaii Kai

That Sam Choy's Menu looks good and it's less than a mile from our hotel. I think we have a winner for dinner the first night.

Matsumoto's is the spot I was thinking of.

Thanks guys.

Up! We're almost there. Where's the nearest walmart or target near the hotels?
